I'm Arvin Arjoonsingh, an Attorney-at-Law with a focused practice in Conveyancing, Real Estate Law, Probate, and Civil Litigation. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of land and property matters, and I’ve successfully represented clients in complex land disputes all the way through trial.

I also guide individuals and families through estate planning and administration, making sure every legal aspect is handled thoroughly and with care — because I know how important peace of mind is when protecting your legacy. When it comes to conveyancing, I work closely with clients to draft and review Agreements for Sale, liaise with financial institutions, and manage every step of the process — from contract to the final transfer — to ensure everything moves smoothly and securely.

We advise clients on the manner in which they are required to structure and organise their tenders to public bodies in accordance with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) in Trinidad and Tobago. In addition, we assist the various suppliers and/or contractors in initiating challenge proceedings to ensure the governmental body did not act unlawfully in denying/rejecting their application/tender.
